If your package has not arrived and appears to be lost during transit, TouchUpDirect will issue a refund for your order. The standard procedure is to wait for confirmation that the parcel has been lost or has failed to deliver as expected. Once confirmed, we will process a refund back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the funds to reflect in your account, as specified in our communication during the refund process.
