At TouchUpDirect, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below is an overview of our return policy to help you through the process.

Return Window

You can return items within 45 days from your order.

Condition of Items

• Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

• Products showing signs of use may not qualify for a refund. 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• A prepaid return shipping label is available upon request, and its cost will be deducted from your refund. The label costs are as follows:  

  • Touch Up Pen, Brush, and Combo: $4.00 

  • Aerosol, Half Pint, and Pint Paint: $13.00

  • Professional Quart Size Paint: $25.00

Defective or Damaged Products

• If your item is defective or damaged, please get in touch with us immediately.

• In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs if the item needs to be sent back.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned item. 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.

2. If eligible, you will receive detailed return instructions and the option to request a prepaid return label.
