Welcome to the TouchUpDirect Rewards Program! Every purchase brings you closer to exclusive perks, store credit, and member benefits. This article explains everything you need to know about earning points, redeeming rewards, and moving through loyalty tiers.
Getting Started
Joining is free. Simply create an account at TouchUpDirect.com and you'll automatically be enrolled as a TouchUp Fan — our entry-level tier. You'll receive 50 bonus points just for signing up.
Ways to Earn Points
You can earn points through the following actions:
- Sign up — 50 points (one time)
- Place an order — 1 point for every $1 spent
- Birthday reward — 50 points during your birthday month
- Follow us on Instagram — 25 points
- Follow us on TikTok — 25 points
- Like us on Facebook — 5 points
- Share on Facebook — 5 points
Points from purchases are added to your account after your order is fulfilled.
Loyalty Tiers
As you accumulate points, you'll automatically move through four loyalty tiers. Each tier unlocks better rewards. Your tier is based on your lifetime points balance and will never drop, even when you redeem points for store credit.
TouchUp Fan — Starting tier, 0 points required. Member access and the ability to earn and redeem points.
Garage Pro — 200 points, $10 store credit coupon, 50 bonus points, early access to sales, and merchandise giveaway entry.
Paint Master — 550 points, $20 store credit coupon, 100 bonus points, early access to sales, exclusive member offer, and merchandise giveaway entry.
Michael Angelo — 1,100 points, $30 store credit coupon, 100 bonus points, early access to sales, exclusive member offer, and merchandise giveaway entry.
Redeeming Points for Store Credit
In addition to tier rewards, you can redeem your points for store credit at any time.
Every 100 points = $3 store credit.
A few important things to know about how redemption works:
- Points are redeemed in fixed increments of 100 points minimum.
- When you redeem, the system will automatically apply all eligible points in 100-point increments. For example, if your account has 550 points, the system will apply 500 points ($15 in store credit), and the remaining 50 points will stay in your account for future redemptions.
- You cannot manually choose how many points to redeem. The system automatically calculates and applies the maximum eligible amount.
- Redeeming points does not affect your loyalty tier. Your tier is always based on your lifetime points earned, not your current balance.
How You Receive Your Rewards
When you reach a new loyalty tier or redeem points for store credit, you will receive a unique coupon code in two ways:
- It will appear directly in your rewards account dashboard.
- It will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
Make sure your email address is up to date in your account settings so you never miss a reward.
Coupon Code Expiry
All coupon codes — both tier rewards and point redemptions — are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. We recommend using your code before it expires, as expired codes cannot be reissued.
Points Expiry
Your points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Each time you earn new points, those points carry their own 12-month expiration from the date of that activity. We recommend logging in regularly to check your points balance and expiry dates so you don't lose any rewards.
Helpful Tips
Check your points balance anytime. Log in to your account and visit the Rewards page to see your current points balance, tier status, and available coupon codes.
Points take time to post. Points from purchases are added after your order is fulfilled, not at the time of purchase. If you don't see your points right away, give it a day or two after delivery.
Social actions are one-time only. Points for following or liking us on social media are awarded once per action. You won't earn repeat points for the same action.
Birthday points are automatic. If you have your birthday saved in your account profile, your 50 bonus points will be added during your birthday month. Make sure your profile is complete to receive this reward.
Referral program. You can also earn rewards by referring friends. Share your unique referral link and when your friend makes their first purchase, they receive 10% off and you receive a $10 discount. Visit the Refer a Friend page for details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will redeeming points lower my tier?No. Your loyalty tier is determined by your lifetime points earned and will never go down, regardless of redemptions.
My coupon code isn't working — what should I do? Double check that the code hasn't expired (codes are valid for 12 months) and that your order meets any minimum purchase requirements.
I didn't receive my coupon code by email. What should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, log in to your account and check your rewards dashboard — the code will always be visible there.
