The TouchUpDirect Wax and Grease Remover does exactly what it sounds like it would. It removes wax, grease, and any other contaminants that can spoil a paint project.

Vehicles are subject to the elements which carry contaminants. Contaminants can wreak havoc on a paint project, so we’ve developed a cleaner that will remove many of them, specifically wax and grease.

Wax and grease both do not blend well with paint. They must be removed before proceeding with your paint project. Our towelette is very simple to use. Simply tear it open, remove the towelette, and wipe in one direction across the area to be painted. Wiping only in one direction ensures that the contaminants do not get reapplied to the repair.

You can use the wax and grease remover towelette either just before or just after prep sanding.
