How do I handle missing or undelivered packages?Updated 2 months ago

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check all possible locations at your address, such as mailboxes and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your order, please verify your shipping address with us and we can process a one-time courtesy replacement or a full refund if you prefer. In some cases, packages that are marked as delivered may show up within a few days if there was a delay in the actual delivery.
