What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or UndeliveredUpdated 21 days ago
Lost or Stalled Packages
If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 14 days, we consider it lost. In this case, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Undeliverable Packages
If the carrier cannot deliver your package due to an incorrect or insufficient address, they will return it to us. Once we receive the package, we will reach out to confirm the correct address and arrange for it to be resent.
