To request a replacement:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item.

  2. Contact our customer service team and include the photo in your message.

  3. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your replacement is on the way.
